Every head of a Noble Family gains an Estate. While at peace the Estate can be moved every 6 months at a cost of Gold that scales with the Villa's level. The appearance of buildings in the Estate window depends on the character's culture and the terrain depends on the terrain of the barony where the Estate is located. Constructing or upgrading anything in the Estate takes 2 years.

Every Estate contains a Villa, and its level determines how many buildings can be constructed in the Estate.

The Reception Hall upgrade is unlocked by the third File:Administrative legacy track.png Bureaucracy legacy. Whenever a House members hosts a Feast or Grand Wedding in the barony where the estate is located it adds +10 Legitimacy to the character who inherits the primary title. The counter is reset upon succession.

Cabinet of Curiosities[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
The Cabinet of Curiosities upgrade is unlocked by the fourth File:Administrative legacy track.png Bureaucracy legacy. It gives powerful bonuses but each upgrade requires a certain Quality, which is increased by putting artifacts inside from the upgrade menu. Doing this permanently removes the artifacts from the ruler. The amount of Quality increased is equal to each artifact's Rarity. The upgrade also allows the Request as House Head interaction to choose Artifacts and increases the quality of sponsored Inspirations.
