Many Counties in the game feature slots for Special Buildings. This is in addition to any Building or Duchy Building slot that the county may have. Each County in the game only has 1 Special Building.

Holy buildings can only be constructed in a Faith's holy sites by Feudal or Clan Rulers and provide powerful bonuses. All holy buildings require 1000  Gold and 6 years to be completed.
